Play More, Worry Less – Lifetime Warranty
All FORWRD products are backed by our Play More, Worry Less Lifetime Warranty.
What that means:
For as long as you’re the original owner of your FORWRD gear, we’ll protect you against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that impact how your bag functions on or off the court.
If something we built fails in a way that keeps you from using the bag as intended, we’ll work with you to repair or replace it.
What’s Covered
FORWRD’s Manufacturer’s Lifetime Warranty covers defects that affect the main functionality of the bag, including (but not limited to):
-
Broken or non-functioning main zippers or zipper tracks
-
Failing stitching or seams that open up under normal use
-
Broken buckles, hardware, or structural components
-
Defects in shoulder straps, handles, or fence hooks that cause them to fail under normal use
-
Other clear manufacturing defects that prevent the bag from being used as designed
If we determine the issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace the product at our discretion. Customers are responsible for shipping items to us; we’ll cover the return shipping for approved warranty claims.
What’s Not Covered (Normal Wear & Tear)
We design our bags to be used hard. That means they’ll pick up scuffs, scratches, and worn-in details over time — that’s normal, and not a defect.
FORWRD’s Manufacturer’s Lifetime Warranty does not cover, and is not limited to:
-
Normal wear and tear (including frayed fabric, rubbed corners, small abrasions, minor discoloration)
-
High-use external components that naturally wear out over time, such as:
-
Zipper pull-tabs and other pulls
-
Small webbing pull-loops
-
Woven labels, logo patches, and decorative trims
-
Cord ends, elastic pulls, and similar small accessories
-
-
Cosmetic blemishes, stains, or fading from sun, sweat, or cleaning products
-
Damage from accidents, misuse, or neglect (including overloading the bag or using it for unintended purposes)
-
Damage caused by third parties (e.g., airline or baggage mishandling)
-
Fire, theft, loss, or misplacement
-
Final sale / clearance items, refurbished items, and any product purchased second-hand
