All our products are safeguarded by our Play More, Worry Less, lifetime warranty. This essentially means that as long as you're the proud owner of your FORWRD gear, we will ensure your bag is devoid of manufacturing defects and is performing flawlessly!
We are unwaveringly committed to creating the absolute best gear for Pickleball players, and we stand by our products.
So, if something breaks and impairs the functionality of your bag, rest assured, we've got you covered!
However, it's important to note that while we're always striving to keep our customers happy, there are certain limitations to this warranty.
The warranty does NOT cover damage caused by accidents, normal wear and tear, damage inflicted by third parties, or negligence (Sorry, but we can't replace your bag if your frenzied opponent takes a racket to it, or if it got scraped up when you tripped chasing a shot).
To be honest, if your bag doesn't show any scuffs, scratches, or blemishes, you're probably not putting in enough game time. We're just saying!
FORWRD's Manufacturer’s Lifetime Warranty covers, manufacturing defects that affect the main functionality of the product, including the following:
- Broken Zippers
- Torn Zipper Track
- Broken Buttons
- Seal & Seam Defects
FORWRD's Manufacturer’s Lifetime Warranty does not cover, and is not limited to, the following:
- Cosmetic Blemishes, Scratches, Stains
- Accidental Damage
- Damage Caused by Misuse of Product
- Airline Mishandling Damage
- Final sale items, clearance items, refurbished items, and any product purchased second hand
- Lost or misplaced items
- Normal wear and tear
The Lifetime Warranty is eligible to the original recipient of the FORWRD Product. For your ease and convenience, we require proof of purchase for all FORWRD products.
Some people like watches. Some like cars. Me? I love bags! I have more bags than I care to admit. The Court Caddy by Forwrd is the absolute perfect pickleball bag. Dedicated ball compartment, paddle dividers, loads of pockets for my goggles, wallet, phone, hydration packets, dirty shirts, etc. Plus, it's solid construction to withstand the beating I give it during my travels. Totally recommend!

Great purchase. Plenty of pockets making it easy to find accessories. Paddles separate and protected. Sturdy and love that it sits solidly on the ground if I don't hang on fence. Use the front paddle pocket which is useful between games.
I love the bag fits nicely all my paddles. The pockets on the side for balls are a nice plus. Also plenty of room to hold shoes or additional clothes. I also love you can fit two water bottles. Definitely worth the price.

This bag was a birthday gift to my son! He absolutely loves it!
This is not a tour bag, so don't expect to pack 1 bedroom worth of things in it. But all you favorite paddles (especially if you have 4 - one sleeve for each is included inside), a towel, a pack of snacks and a bunch of gadgets will fit easily. I love that it can stand on the ground firmly or, of course, hang on the fence with double hooks. And the materials are amazingly great for tactile maniacs.
At first I wasn't sold on the bag. 300$ for a pickleball bag sounded insane to me. Then after my cheaper bag ripped after 2 months I revisited the idea of purchasing not only a more expensive bag but a higher quality bag. Then i watched more YT reviews and it really made me reconsider purchasing. Then when I saw they were having a sale I had zero reasons NOT to buy this bag. And after receiving it I knew this was a great purchase. honestly even without the discount it's such a awesome bag and worth the money if you can afford it. Is it a necessity... honestly no...it's definitely a splurge...but again I'm extremely happy with my purchase and feel like it's worth the money. Luxury meets functionality at its finest. 5/5 for me.
