Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

FORWRD is not liable for any products lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.
If your package shows as “delivered” but cannot be located:

Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim and email us at support@forwrd.co with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll do our best to assist where possible.

Once a package leaves our facility, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer or carrier, depending on applicable law.
