What materials do you use?
Each tag is made from anodized aluminum — ultra-durable, scratch-resistant, and built to outlast plastic or printed tags.
Will the engraving fade or peel?
Never. The design is laser-etched directly into the metal, not printed — so it’s permanent and weatherproof.
What if I make a mistake in my customization?
If you spot an error right after ordering, email us at support@forwrd.co within 2 hours — we can usually catch it before engraving begins.
Do you offer bulk or team discounts?
Yes — teams, clubs, or corporate orders of 10+ tags qualify for custom pricing.

How many characters can I engrave?
Up to 20 characters per side. Most players go with their first name on one side and either a phone number, USA Pickleball ID, or zip code on the back. Capital letters, lowercase, numbers, and basic punctuation are all supported.
Can I choose the font or layout?
Every tag uses our signature condensed sans-serif font, sized and centered automatically based on your text length. Custom fonts and logos are available for orders of 25+ tags — email wholesale@forwrd.co.
How does the tag attach to my bag?
Every tag ships with a stainless steel cable loop that threads through the tag’s reinforced hole and clips to any zipper pull, D-ring, or grab handle. It’s tamper-resistant and built to outlast the bag it’s on.
How fast will my tag ship?
Each tag is laser-engraved to order in our Utah studio in 1–2 business days. U.S. orders arrive in 3–5 business days after engraving. Need it for a tournament? Email support@forwrd.co — we can prioritize.
Is this a good gift?
It’s our #1 add-on for a reason. Pair it with a Court Ranger or Court Caddy and we’ll engrave your giftee’s name on the tag before it ships. Add a note at checkout if you want it gift-wrapped.
What if the engraving wears down?
